| E-mail - you can send me information for your page in just about any
format plain text microsoft word file html document bitmap or jpg file for pictures JUST make sure you send JPG and bitmap files as true attachments rather then as encoded within text |

| If you want a special layout try to do it in Word and send me the file as an attachment | ||
